vbecksrushes.jpg As soon as Victoria Beckham heard the news that her husband David tore his Achilles tendon during an AC Milan game in Italy on Sunday, she put an abrupt halt to her weekend getaway to San Diego and began making plans to head to Europe to be by his side.

Victoria and her three boys ventured south to a resort in La Jolla over the weekend, and the family enjoyed a trip to SeaWorld and a hot air balloon ride among other activities.

What was supposed to be a relaxing spring mini-vacation was turned into a scramble to book a last minute flight, and we can't even begin to imagine how stressed mama Posh was upon learning that her hubby was seriously hurt.

David will reportedly see a specialist in Finland today, and he'll likely have surgery within the next 48 hours. Victoria will fly out of Los Angeles this evening, so hopefully some TLC from his wife will help get him back on his feet.
