Dr. Conrad Murray will face Michael Jackson's family in court today where he's set to answer charges for manslaughter stemming from Jackson's untimely death due to a lethal injection of propofol last year.

Jackson's parents, as well as many of his brothers and sisters, will attend the hearing this afternoon at 1:30pm PST, where Dr. Murray will be pleading innocent.

If convicted, Murray will face a maximum sentence of 4 years in jail.

Murray is also defending his medical license, which is in danger of being stripped away. Murray argues that if he is no longer able to practice medicine, he will not be able to pay for his defense.
