Two of the creators of Miley Cyrus' wildly successful Hannah Montana series are suing Disney.

Reuters reports that series co-creators Barry O'Brien and Richard Correll are seeking $5 million they say is owed to them under their contract stipulations, as well as the Writers Guild of America requirements for writers who receive 'created by' credits. Correll also says he was wrongfully terminated by the Mouse House and "blackballed" from being involved in other Disney projects.

A lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Friday after numerous attempts to get Disney to pay up.

Michael Poryes, the third Hannah Montana creator, sued Disney on similar grounds in 2008.

Miley Cyrus announced recently that this would be her last year on the mega-hit.
