She's still a pretty woman!

The 42-year-old mother of two has again topped People's Most Beautiful List for 2010. It's her fourth turn as number one.

Congrats to the Oscar winning beauty! And despite the fact that young Hollywood might disagree, we totally back Julia Roberts as the reigning queen. Who else has that dynamite smile?

The rest of the top ten list are as follows: Channing Tatum, Zoe Saldana, Scarlett Johansson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jennifer Aniston, Sofia Vergara, Bradley Cooper, Katy Perry and Amanda Seyfried.
