Matthew McConaughey And Camila Alves Clean Up

Matthew McConaughey's a beach boy through and through and he's not above getting down and dirty to protect the shore he loves.

Matty and his baby mama Camila hit up the beach in Santa Monica yesterday for an "Adopt the Beach" coastal clean-up event.

The surf-loving hotties picked up trash along with all the "regular folk" and seemed to enjoy pitching in.

Our photographer on the scene said of the couple: "These two are so down to earth. They worked as hard as anyone else there. They're totally like anyone else ... except way better looking!"
