Last night photogs caught a glimpse of a dinner party at the Chateau Marmont, where Cameron Diaz was sitting next to none other than Ryan The Office temp!

Clearly, Cam didn't want to be caught on camera, but is that because she didn't want to be seen with the less-than-sexy Novak? Or was she just having a bad hair day?
