Last night Hilary Duff and her fiance Mike Comrie went out to dinner in Toluca Lake, and we were kinda disappointed we didn't get another peek at Hil's monstrous 14 carat engagement ring. We were also pretty bummed the former Lizzie McGuire star didn't flash us her signature toothy grin -- what's up with that?!
