It's official -- Lindsay Lohan will NOT be in court tomorrow unless she magically resurrects the Concord and gets on it tout de suite!
X17 photographers staked out the international terminal at LAX tonight just in case Lindsay hopped a last-minute flight from Paris to arrive in time for her court hearing tomorrow but ... nope -- girlfriend's stranded in the south of France after losing her passport. Boo hoo!
This doesn't make tomorrow's hearing any less interesting ... we're thinking Lindsay's absence -- intentional or not -- may upset the judge and result in a little time in the clink for Lilo.
