    "I heard several months ago of talks between Larry and Lindsay. Larry Rudolph wants to help Lindsay, but after she helps herself."


Larry Rudolph became well known after representing his big client Britney Spears ... guiding her career since the beginning. Rudolph is also credited for bringing Brit back to the penthouse from the outhouse after her troubled years. In the above photo taken earlier today, you can see Larry in Britney's shadow.

Can he help to resurrect Lindsay's career and steer her in the right direction? We guess only time and money will tell.
