Kristen DeMinco is accusing Jersey Shore's Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola of punching her in the head at club Dream in Miami over the weekend.

The alleged altercation occurred on Saturday night, and DeMinco, who suffered a bruised eye, filed a police report on Tuesday.

"She exchanged bad words at me," DeMinco told the Associated Press. "I exchanged bad words back. She hit me twice in the face and I just backed off right after that. I didn't want to get involved a fight."

DeMinco added, "This isn't acceptable for people to be going around hitting people just for TV. I think it's wrong of MTV, I think it's wrong of them. I think they do it on purpose."

MTV has yet to comment on the incident.
