sheennewlogo.jpgCharlie Sheen will enter a guilty plea stemming from his December 25 arrest for assaulting his wife, Brooke Mueller, according to UsMagazine.com.

The Two and Half Men star, who was arrested in Aspen, could face up to forty-five days in Pitkin County Jail. If Sheen opts to plead guilty as a plea bargain, the felony menacing charge will be dismissed, says a source to the mag.

The 44-year-old is scheduled to appear in an Aspen courtroom on June 7.

Currently, the actor and his wife are living apart. Calls to Sheen's attorney were not returned.
