X17 XCLUSIVE - Michael Lohan Offers To Fly Out Dina, Says Lindsay's Mom "Needs To Be Here"

Michael Lohan desperately wants Lindsay's mom Dina to be here in LA for tomorrow's DUI progress hearing ... even if Lindsay may be a no-show!
Lohan says he and his ex-wife Dina met yesterday to discuss Lindsay's future, as well as tomorrow's court date. Dina didn't have plans to come to LA for the hearing, but now that Lindsay could be facing jail time, Michael wants her to catch the soonest flight out of Long Island ... and he'll pay for her ticket!
Michael tells X17online exclusively, "I'm hoping that my offer to Dina to fly out to be with Lindsay will be accepted. Her mom needs to be here."
Reports claim that Lindsay has lost her passport, and will not make it back in time from Cannes for tomorrow morning's hearing. Michael tells X17online, "She's already making excuses."
