Lindsay tweeted, "i'm not misguided.. and the tabloids and press are liars," but given the fact that her SCRAM detected alcohol in her system no less than five times, it seems like the starlet is still in denial.

Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley confirmed to X17online that Judge Marsha Revel had been advised by a SCRAM representative that "Ms. Lohan's court-ordered alcohol bracelet had indicated the presence of a small amount of alcohol on Sunday night," and though Lindsay vehemently denies any wrongdoing, it seems like she's not tempting herself by going somewhere where she'll be an arm's reach from a full bar.

Violating your probation is a big deal, and with a legal track record like Lindsay's, this is probably the smartest thing she's done this year! But was it her decision or did someone else force her to stay in?
