The soon-to-be 24-year-old starlet was snapped out and about last night in Beverly Hills, and with her flowing golden tresses and sequined tap shorts, she certainly looked like she was ready to party! Well, observe the party anyway...we all know Lilo can't drink for fear of setting off her carefully concealed SCRAM device, and with random drug testing, that pretty rules out everything else!

And speaking of her SCRAM device, yesterday Lilo tweeted, "FYI.. #kombucha was not the reason that my scram went off-i wouldn't of been allowed to drink it if that were the problem.. i love kombucha"

So then what set it off? Was Lindsay bathing in a tub of Red Bull and Vodka? Or does she really expect us to believe that someone spilled a drink on her ankle?
