We're still a little shocked that the DWTS cutie is going out with Ryan, but we keep reminding ourselves he has been able to snag numerous hotties over the years, and he seems like a nice guy, so why not? Then again, there is the 14 year age difference (she's 21, he's 35), but this is Hollywood -- we're totally used to that!

After dining at the new upscale Latin restaurant Red O, Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough were spotted getting into the back of a car together. Neither one of them commented on their budding relationship, but judging by the looks on their faces, it seems like there is going to be another date down the road!
