Yesterday we caught Hilary Duff arriving at the gym, and not only did she look great without makeup, but we have to give her props for being one of the few starlets who goes about staying in shape the healthy way. We never hear about her doing and crazy crash diets or cleanses, and it seems like she has the right attitude when it comes to her weight too -- Hil knows stick thin isn't what's sexy!
