sunnyjames230.jpgJesse James and Janine Lindemulder just battled it out in court over whether or not Mr. James can take their daughter Sunny to live in Texas.

The judge ruled in Jesse's favor which would allow him to move their young daughter out of California.

Jesse and Janine will continue with joint legal custody ... with Jesse maintaining physical custody of the little girl.

In the meantime, Janine will be allowed custody of Sunny until school begins in Texas.
