Lindsay Lohan Is "Scared To Death" Of Jail

Dina Lohan is chatting with various news outlets about daughter Lindsay's impending jail sentence, and the mom of the year tells ET, "Lindsay's scared to death. It's very difficult, we're not sleeping well, we're not functioning. We cry a lot and we hug a lot. She's petrified, we all are." Hmm, coulda fooled us! When we snapped Lindsay Lohan grabbing coffee yesterday afternoon, she looked like she was in a better mood than normal!

Or maybe it's all just an act? Just like her tearful plea to Judge Revel in the courtroom last Tuesday? And speaking of court drama, rumor has it Lindsay has hired Chicago based defense attorney Stuart V. Goldberg to represent her, as she is going to attempt to repeal her 90 day jail sentence...
