It's been almost twenty years since Mark Wahlberg dropped his pants to give the world a peek at his Calvins. Looks like Marky Mark has STILL got it.

Wahlberg is keeping his shirt on this time ... but showing us that buff physique through a tight shirt on the cover of Men's Fitness' August issue.

The actor, 39, is talking about keeping that rockin' bod over the years, telling the mag:

"When I first started training, I was trying to lift the gym. As much weight as possible, all day, every day. I worked so hard to get in shape. I might as well maintain it.”

Oh ... and he has!
