Michael Lohan says that in order for Lindsay to recover from this entire ordeal, she must get off the prescription drugs first. While at the Lynwood Correctional Facility, Lilo will be allowed to continue taking a number of her prescription meds ... something Michael says he's strongly against.

Lindsay's dad is also taking on his critics who claim that he's in Lindsay's life for the fame and money.

When asked how Lindsay will do behind bars, Lohan says, "It's going to be tough."
