X17 XCLUSIVE - Michael Lohan Says Lindsay and Dina Are "Making Deals With The Devil"

Michael Lohan is ready to fight for his daughter, Lindsay. He says his top priority will be to shut down Right On Programs in Glendale, California ... now that his "efforts to get Lindsay into a detox/rehab now, are exhausted." As Judge Marsha Revel pointed out in court ... Lindsay missed seven alcohol education classes.

Lohan then addresses Dina's involvement telling X17online exclusively:

Maybe if Dina would FINALLY listen to me and do the right thing, instead of ripping off Fudgie the Whale cakes from Carvel ... and making deals with the devil [tabloid outlet]. ALL of this would not have happened. The cancer needs to be cut out, so others don't fall victim to the same, and whether I do it now, or when Lindsay is away, by GOD, I will do it!

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail beginning July 20, as the 24-year-old actress was found to be in violation of probation stemming from her back to back DUI arrests in 2007.
