lohancindy460.jpgMichael Lohan has been accused, once again, of assault ... this time by former Rock of Love star Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle.

The reality star filed a police report claiming that Lohan "became violent and raised a hand" when she confronted him about getting paid. The two had been working together on the reality show Celebrity House NY.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

    "Ha! What a joke!! And anyone in the house will tell you that she is lying. Oncemore, this insane wannabe, was investigated in Atlanta by Child protective services, lied to police about her ex husband, illegally taped me and published a phone call I made to her, because she told me "Brett Michael's Band" was stopping by my house to say hello, but as it turned out, it wasn't Brett Michael's Band and she let them stay over without my permission. Evenmore, the minute she got in the house, she shacked up with one of cohorts who tried blackmailing me. This self absorbed she-man even signed cocktail napkins at a resturaunt and went around handing them out saying she was a movie star!

    It's easy to make claims like this weeks after you are thrown out of a house and on the heals of charges being dropped against me only hours before! WOW! Can't wait to hear the next one!"


Just yesterday, Michael Lohan was cleared of second degree harassment charges stemming from the alleged attack on his now ex-fiancee Kate Major.
