Laurence Fishburne's daughter Montana isn't just a porn star -- it's now being reported that she was once arrested for prostitution!

Montana, who is just 19 years old, was arrested for prostitution in November 2009 and is still on probation from her conviction. The court documents indicate that she was arrested on November 25 in Hollywood on a violation of California Penal Code 647(b), which prohibits prostitution or solicitation.

Fishburne pleaded no contest and was sentenced to community service, an AIDS test, STD education, and two years probation. And one of the terms of her probation is certainly leaving us scratching our heads, as it says, "Do not offer to engage and do not engage in any form of sexual activity for money or any other consideration. Do not engage or offer to engage in any sexual activity in a public place or a place open to the public or exposed to public view."

Is she in violation of her probation? Or is she just trying to make a buck?
