Lindsay Lohan was bailed out of the Lynnwood Women's Detention Center last night, where she did hard time just a few months ago, after her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley submitted an appeal to Judge Eldon Fox yesterday afternoon. Her mom Dina, sister Ali and career coach Lou Taylor whisked her away in a curtained SUV (through which Lou peeked her head and grabbed her Blackberry), leaving jail right at midnight and arriving back at Lindsay's apartment at 12:27 am.



Before going to rescue Lindsay from incarceration, Dina, Ali and Lou dined at Il Forno Caldo Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills. The Tennessee-based Taylor is in town, apparently, to help guide Lindsay's comeback. That's a tall order! Taylor worked with Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph back in the day, to get Britney back on track and we're told it was Lou who orchestrated Jamie Spears' conservatorship over his daughter.
