Justin Bieber decided to trade in the Samantha Ronson-inspired getup we spotted him in earlier this afternoon and slip into something a little more rock 'n roll for the VMAs tonight, and he looked like he fit right in with Usher and Justin Timberlake when he posed on the white carpet. Until he started talking, that is. What? He's still a teenager, his voice hasn't quite adjusted yet!
