Lady GaGa presented Beyonce with the naughty sex toy, along with a sexy bra and panties set for the singer's 29th birthday!
GaGa apparently spent thousands on the gift that she presented her "Telephone" and "Video Phone" collaborator with in Jay-Z's dressing room after he peformed with Eminem in Detroit last week, according to The Sun.
