Lindsay Lohan is now back at the Lynwood Correctional Facility after Judge Elden Fox denied the starlet the opportunity to post bail after sentencing her to 30 days behind bars.

X17online has learned that Lohan will remain in jail until October 22, and unlike last time, she won't be getting out early. We spoke to CBS News legal analyst and criminal defense attorney Trent Copeland to hear his thoughts on Lindsay's fate.

Copeland says Judge Fox felt as though he had "egg on the face" ...considering Lindsay had no regard for her probation rules. As a result, Copeland adds, the judge is making Lilo "face the music."

Watch X17online's exclusive interview above to hear why "overcrowding" isn't going to help Linds get out of jail early this time around. Also, hear Copeland's thoughts on why he feels this case has been especially tough for Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
