Lindsay Lohan will make her first official appearance since getting out of jail and rehab tomorrow night on the VMA stage.

Lindsay was spotted at the Nokia Theater (where the big show will be held) yesterday for rehearsals and although her appearance may be pre-taped, she'll definitely be making some comments about her recent incarceration, reports E!

Lindsay's been keeping quiet about her time behind bars, which many assume is due to the fact that she's got a million dollar contract for an exclusive post-jail interview, which we expect to be unveiled any day now. But the VMA stage might be the perfect place to poke fun at herself and show potential employers that she's got a sense of humor.
