lohanjailcourt.jpg We're hearing Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley will be filing an appeal on behalf of her client, because she feels as though Judge Fox doesn't have the right to deny Lindsay bail and send her to jail.

Holley met with the deputy district attorney and the judge around 1:30pm today at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, and apparently she's in the process of putting together the necessary paperwork with the appellate department of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore, Lindsay will serve all 30 days in jail due to the "no-bail remand" issued by Judge Fox, which means she will remain behind bars until her probation violation hearing on October 22.
