Attorneys Daniel Horowitz and Martin Garbus - representing Mel Gibson's ex Oksana Grigorieva - chatted with Meredith Vieira on the Today show this morning about the case. Horowitz says the following about Oksana:

“She’s a domestic violence victim, she was beaten, she was terrorized, and yet all the media seems to focus on is whether she extorted Mel Gibson, when in fact it’s just the opposite. This has never been about money, there’s no chance in my view of anything even close to extortion... This is what happens to domestic violence victims, they’re vilified, and we’re trying to set the record straight."

He and Garbus continue to insist that their client did not leak the infamous audio tape rants, adding that Oksana is a woman of "stature and accomplishment."

Is it possible that public opinion has swayed and people like Oksana less than Mel at this point?
