At least this means her follow-up to Circus hasn't fallen off the radar!

Various online reports claim that pop star Britney Spears has taken it upon herself to create some sort of "writing camp" - she's invited top songwriters to come and help create new tracks for her highly anticipated new album.

Neon Hitch (who's written for Ke$ha and 3OH!3) Tweeted the following: "I hate flying, but the reward of writing for Britney in Texas makes it all worth it..!! C u in a few days LA! :)"

And later she wrote, "Just arrived at the Britney writing camp And they have their own plane!!"

Britney's latest album is now set to be released early next year.
