Russell Brand movies yellow banana Legend of the Guardians It's a good thing that Brit comedian Russell Brand is marrying American Katy Perry, because he could have his visa revoked after attacking a photographer at LAX on Friday.

A spokesman for US Citizen and Immigration Services told The Mirror, "A charge of battery could result in a conviction for an aggravated felony. Any kind of criminal conviction can lead to a visa being revoked. If a visa is revoked, the person will then be placed in deportation proceedings and this could lead to them being asked to leave the country and not return."

Russell tried to forget about his impending legal troubles by taking in the premiere of Legend of the Guardians at the Mann's Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Kind of a strange movie to be watching while your fiancee is recovering from a wild bachelorette weekend, but ok!

Russell also tweeted about what it was like for him on the inside:

"Thanks for your sweet messages of support. After the tips I picked up in chokey I'm an infinitely more proficient criminal."

I guess he hasn't lost his sense of humor even though he could be deported!
