What's Next For Lindsay Lohan?

I know we always ask that, but Lindsay Lohan just keeps on getting into trouble!
After Lindsay confirmed last night that she failed a court mandated drug test (it's been reported that she tested positive for cocaine), she tweeted a statement, but she's been laying low since then. While getting into trouble with the law is something that happens to lots of starlets in Hollywood, keep in mind, Lindsay's fresh from a jail sentence AND rehab! What will it take to get her clean?
