News, CEO of Ryan Seacrest Productions, Executive Producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, host of American Idol, American Top 40 radio personality and the voice of KIIS FM's morning radio show in LA ... is adding EVEN MORE to his plate by creating his own cable network.

Seacrest, who's partnering with talent agency CAA and concert giant AEG, is in the early stages of the venture.

Reports claim that Seacrest will not be the face of the network, however, he'll remain an "influential partner" when it comes to programming. As for what will be on the network, the content is being described as "music, pop culture and lifestyle oriented" shows.

Sources close to the deal say that the new channel will not compete with Seacrest's work on E! ... and that he will continue as host of E! News Live.
