stewart230.jpgSean Stewart, the 30-year-old son of legendary rocker Rod Stewart, was pulled over yesterday by the LAPD in the San Fernando Valley on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license.

Beverly Hills PD tells X17online that they picked Stewart up at the Topanga Station and transported him to the Beverly Hills jail. Police haven't confirmed whether or not alcohol was found at the scene.

Stewart, a former star of Celebrity Rehab 2, was booked just after 4:30pm. After posting $40,000 bail, he was released from jail just before 9pm.
