As one of the youngest instructors at the LA's Millennium Dance Complex, Alex Welch first starred in the movie, Stick It. During season 3, Welch was also part of the crew Beat Freaks on America's Best Dance Crew.
During March 2006's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, the young dancer was given a shout-out by actor Jack Black for her unbelievable head spin during Pink's performance.
Welch is currently on tour as a dancer on the Jonas Brothers Live in Concert Tour ... which is where the alleged Demi Lovato fight incident took place.
Alex "B-Girl Shorty" Welch is also close friends with Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers ... and has been photographed numerous times with Demi Lovato.
