Disney sweetheart Demi Lovato is currently rehabilitating at a treatment center for "emotional and physical issues," but no other details have been released so far...

Demi's parents, Eddie and Dianna De La Garza, have released the following statement to People: Our entire family appreciates the outpouring of support we have received from Demi's fans. We are touched by their kindness."

The 18-year-old is, according to her rep, not at a rehab center, but rather a treatment center to deal with her various problems. (Self-cutting and an eating disorder have both been reported.)
