So it makes sense she'd hang with a fellow tough girl -- Garcelle Beauvais(-Nilon ... formerly). As you may remember, Garcelle sent an email to her hubby's colleagues at CAA talent agency back in June, informing her now-ex's coworkers her husband of almost nine years had "been having an affair for five years with some slut in Chicago." She went on to say: "I am devastated!!!! And I have been duped! Our boys don't deserve this!"

Well, let's hope Halle's split wasn't quite so dramatic. But no doubt she and Garcelle had some interesting stories to tell each other over lunch yesterday at Barefoot in Beverly Hills.

I just love GB's daring and spunk -- a man shouldn't get away with that without his friends and co-workers knowing, right?!
