On Black Friday, shoppers go nuts trying to get the best deals, but for Lindsay Lohan, she's happy with just a cup of coffee.

Lilo took advantage of her precious time away from Betty Ford to hit up The River shopping center in Rancho Mirage. Lindsay, wearing skinny jeans tucked into her boots, looked refreshed and relaxed while strolling around.

After the 24-year-old popped into a few shops, including a smartphone store, Linds and her rehab gal pals sat for a while to enjoy their java. Too bad her pack of cigarettes were there, too. One step at a time, Linds.

The starlet is back in the desert after reportedly spending Thanksgiving day at her West Hollywood apartment with Samantha Ronson and her dad, Michael. Let's hope Lilo continues on this successful path to recovery.
