lohan111110_01.jpgLindsay Lohan didn't get to spend the night at her West Hollywood apartment last night; she and her assistant Eleanor headed back to the desert around 11:30 pm PT last night.

Apparently she was on a one-day furlough from Betty Ford, allowed to return to LA to retrieve some of her things. Girlfriend must have needed some clothes because a couple days ago (above photo) she was wearing a Nike tank top with a cropped blazer and some old black jeans yesterday --definitely NOT her usually style.

The actress (-singer) was ordered by a judge to stay at the Palm Desert rehab until January 3 because, as the judge said in his own words, he didn't want her out partying on New Year's Eve. Happy 2011, Linds!
