Seriously, it's freezing outside girl! What's with that top? Hannah Montana sweet-tart Miley Cyrus just turned eighteen and is loving it. The Disney dame flashed her signature peace sign - and a double thumbs up - for the photogs while leaving a pal's place in Toluca Lake on Saturday. And Miley also made time for mom earlier this weekend, stopping by a salon and then Panera Bread for a little fun and relaxation together.

Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus are currently in the middle of a divorce. But Miley seems A-okay about everything from the looks of it!
