Zoe, who is reportedly 5 months pregnant, donned her signature sky-high platform boots and used her Chanel boots to hide her barely-there baby bump while having brunch at Toast with hubby Rodger Berman yesterday.

An X17online source recently overheard Zoe discussing her pregnancy with pal Nicole Richie.

"Rachel was joking with Nicole about [Nicole's] December wedding, saying Nicole should wait to get married until after Rachel has the baby," our spy told us. "They laughed, but Rachel got a little worried when Nicole started talking about what it's like to go through labor."

I'd be worried too if I was as tiny as Rachel!
