We caught up with Michael Lohan out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, scouting locations for a "high end rehab" facility he wants to make "conducive for everybody."

Props to him for wanting to start a treatment center of his own!

And when we asked how his daughter Lindsay Lohan is doing at Betty Ford, Michael claimed she was doing well but also added: "I have agreed with my daughter and other people that I wouldn't comment on my daughter."
