X17online exclusively has learned that Oprah Winfrey plans to air her sit-down interview with Joe and Katherine Jackson next Monday.

Sources close with the family tell us that while Oprah was at the Jackson's Encino home, she taped over three hours worth of material. Next Monday's show will only be one hour, however producers have hinted that there will be a part two due to the amount of material shot.

X17online has also learned that Oprah's producers were also trying to get an interview with the mother of Jackson's kids, Debbie Rowe.

Several siblings, like Randy Jackson, were kept out of the loop during the planning stages because the family feared that someone would try to stop the taping.

During the interview, Oprah will discuss Katherine's lawsuit with AEG, the company who the Jackson family have named in a wrongful death civil lawsuit. Also included in the Lady O tell-all ... the Jackson's legal woes with the estate and Katherine's battle with those who control Michael Jackson's millions.

We've also learned that Michael's three children will be included in the special.
