Betty Ford Center Under Investigation After Lindsay Lohan Incident

The California Department of Public Health is currently investigating the Betty Ford Center surrounding the alleged fight between Lindsay Lohan and ex-staffer Dawn Holland, according to a source involved with the situation.
Details about the investigation have yet to be released, however detectives are still looking into whether or not Lindsay committed a crime on the night of December 12. Holland claims that just after 1am, the actress hit her ... causing injuries to her wrist.
The Betty Ford Center could face a civil fine as a result of this incident, reports the AP. Our source also adds that Dawn Holland is under investigation for violating a confidentiality agreement.
Although the rehab center has not commented on the possible investigation, a spokesperson for Betty Ford Center did release the following statement about Holland's dismissal:
