Alex Welch, the backup dancer who claims she was punched in the face by Disney star Demi Lovato, says she has yet to hear an apology.

Welch tells People:

"To this day, I haven't gotten an apology. I've heard nothing. That's sad if you think that person is your friend."

The dancer is breaking her silence about the incident saying that while on an international tour with the Jonas Brothers, Lovato confronted the dancers after hearing that someone had told on her for partying. Welch says the 18-year-old Sonny With A Chance star "pulled the dancers in a room and threatened: If I find out who told on me ..."

21-year-old Welch, who denies being the alleged tattler, adds that while on the plane, "she walks up and punches me and literally walked away and got in her seat."

Welch's lawyer, Donald Karpel, says, "We have contacted the Lovato camp and we are waiting for a response. If we don't hear back, we will pursue litigation."

As for Lovato's response, her rep tells People that Demi "hasn't been able to call Alex because she is sequestered in treatment, but multiple efforts have been made to reach out to her. Demi feels awful about what happened. Right now, she is 100 percent committed to her treatment."

Not sure if this one's going to end happily ever after.
