Heidi Montag On Her Plastic Surgery Scars: "I’m Always Going To Feel Like Edward Scissorhands"

Heidi Montag is showing off her plastic surgery scars in the new issue of Life & Style.

The 24-year-old former Hills star, who had 10 plastic surgery procedures performed at once in November 2009, tells the mag:

“Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did pre-surgery. This is not what I signed up for. The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek. People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.”

During the L&S photo shoot, Montag points out the 2-inch scar under her chin from the chin reduction, a few bald spots from her brow lift, scars behind her ear from having her ears pinned back and some botched liposuction marks.

Speaking on her regrets, Heidi adds:

“I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’ or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I’m always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands.”
