Lady Gaga and Alicia Keys are at the top of DoSomething.org's "Top 20 Celebs Gone Good" list for 2010. The organization is a charity leader for teens and social change, and clearly the work both of the ladies have done for gay rights and AIDS funding caught their attention.

Rounding out the top 10 are Taylor Swift, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, Ellen DeGeneres, Nick Jonas, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey and Justin Bieber.
