Lady Gaga was snapped shopping in Madrid, Spain today, and we're not sure what the hell she was thinking when she got dressed, but either she needs to lose the blue lipstick or add on a proportional amount of eye makeup. Or pick a different outfit altogether? Is there anything that would remedy this ridiculous getup?
