Yesterday Paris Hilton brought her adorbs puppy Peter Pan on a shopping spree at Kitson, and the heiress spent quite a bit of time inside the upscale retailer. Think she's spending some of her hard-earned dough on herself or is she slowly but surely going through her Christmas list? Maybe some of both?
